<p>We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position.</p> <ul> <li>Top tier luxury hotel experience</li> <li>Dynamic and vibrant working environment</li> <li>Option of MPF or ORSO retirement scheme</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Lead and deliver hotel projects and enhancement initiatives from planning through to completion</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with Group standards and timelines</li> <li>Partner with Engineering and operational teams to support seamless implementation within an operating hotel environment</li> <li>Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, proactively identifying risks and mitigation plans</li> <li>Coordinate across technical functions and ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards</li> <li>Liaise with relevant authorities on licensing and statutory requirements to ensure timely approvals</li> <li>Drive the use of project management tools and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and reporting</li> <li>Uphold The Peninsula Hong Kong’s standards, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations during project execution</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>General Requirement:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Degree in Project Management or a related discipline</li> <li>Minimum 3 years’ project management experience, preferably in hospitality, property development, or related industries</li> <li>Sound knowledge of building services, with a basic understanding of licensing and statutory requirements</li> <li>Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese</li> <li>Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively</li> <li>Proactive and solutions-driven, with the ability to perform under pressure</li> <li>Familiarity with project management tools and digital platforms is an advantage</li> <li>This role aligns with an Assistant Manager level within our internal grading structure</li> </ul><p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>The Peninsula Hong Kong </strong></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The Peninsula Hong Kong, HSH’s flagship hotel, opened in 1928 and is affectionately known by its nickname, "The Pen".
