The Peninsula London is excited to announce that we are seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier to work within Brooklands Restaurant, assisting with designing and delivering a unique and market leading wine programme alongside the Head Sommelier. This position will have a great passion for both wines and service and be able to translate this into a special guest experience. The restaurant is located on The Peninsula London’s rooftop, offering contemporary British cuisine. Located on the eighth floor, it comprises several spaces including the bar which has a panoramic view over Wellington Arch and Buckingham Palace Gardens.
