<p>We are looking for a passionate Events professional who will be responsible in assisting Event Managers in the execution of events. Assist in the efficient execution of banquet functions in coordination with F&B, Rooms, and other concerned departments. Attends and actively participates in the weekly Events meeting. Participates in the morning event sales briefing daily.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Consolidates and submits the Daily Summary Forecast Reports/ Business Blocks Report to the Department head to understand booking pace and conversion of what is currently on the books (definite, tentative and prospect).</li> <li>Ensures that Guest Profile on all accounts arc updated and managed in the Opera system.</li> <li>Assist the events team in the timely implementation of all action plans as set in the business plan.</li> <li>Assist in the review and control group room block inventory.</li> <li>Assist monitoring all aspect of pre-event planning and post conference meetings to ensure feedback to the Sales Department for follow-up for future business.</li> <li>Conducts daily administrative task to ensue efficient oversight of the Events Office of it basic needs including HR related tasks.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>General Requirements</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Degree in hospitality management or related field of expertise,</li> <li>At least 1 years experience in Event or Banquet sales and services in administrative capacity.</li> <li>Demonstrate technical know-how in managing and executing events.
