Take control of linen quality, chemical stock, and general store supplies, their availability on floors and provide necessary feedback to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.</span></span></li> <li style="font-family:georgia, palatino, serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:georgia, palatino, serif"><span style="color:#000000">Ensure completion of daily and monthly checklists, walkthroughs and routine preventative maintenance schedules in collaboration with Engineering. Lead and supervise the completion of all maintenance projects in guest rooms and floors.</span></span></li> <li style="font-family:georgia, palatino, serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:georgia, palatino, serif"><span style="color:#000000">Manage daily task assignments for room attendants/porters and outline the arrivals, departures, in house guest lists with traces. Take ownership in ensuring all arrival rooms are ready in advance with guest preferences set up and all occupied rooms are serviced and checked on time.
