<p>We are looking for a passionate individual who will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Office.</p> <p><br><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Arranges, schedules appointments and/ or meetings, drafts response letters, faxes, memos, emails, and other correspondence for the Executive Office.</li> <li>Follows-through instructions or directives cascaded down to the Executive Committee members and the department heads.</li> <li>Records and circulates in a timely manner copies of the minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting to all committee members; and does the same for other official meetings.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>General Requirements</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Knowledgeable and with at least 5 years of experience in secretarial and administrative support</li> <li>Extensive knowledge in Hotel operations</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We are delighted to receive your resume for further consideration.
