Direct all efforts toward guest satisfaction.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Maintains excellence in all spas trained treatments and 5-star service </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Communicate in an appropriate manner with the Spa Reception Desk staff on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of appointments, billing, and retail sales.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Promotes wellness and accommodate guests during treatment to meet their wellness needs.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Responsible for maintaining consistency in treatment and quality of performance in accordance to training program and Peninsula’s standards.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Demonstrates professional excellence through regular self-assessment of strengths, limitations, and effectiveness by continued education and training.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Respect the integrity of each person and, therefore, do not engage in any inappropriate conduct or inappropriate activities involving clients.</li> </ul> General Requirements: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Qualified therapist with New York State massage therapy license and must be kept up to date in accordance with law.
