<p>We are seeking a passionate individual to lead the migration and management of employee data from manual or legacy systems to a digital Document Management System, oversee administration and compliance of the Defined Contribution (DC) retirement plan, and support P&C leadership with projects, reporting, and rotational responsibilities within the Rewards function.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key accountabilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Lead the digitalization of employee records, ensuring accurate migration, standardized file structures, SOPs, and retention schedules.</li> <li>Manage end-to-end operations of the Defined Contribution (DC) plan, including coordination with administrators, plan reviews, performance evaluation, and fee benchmarking.</li> <li>Administer employee DC plan transactions such as enrollments, contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and reconciliation of payroll and employer contributions.</li> <li>Analyze workforce and HR data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities in productivity and workforce planning.</li> <li>Support administration of expatriate benefits, including housing, relocation, visas, permits, exit clearance, and related services.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>General Requirements</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Graduate of any 4-year course</li> <li>Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision</li> <li>Analytical and detailed oriented</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We are delighted to receive your resume for further consideration.
