What we need: The Manager, Talent Acquisition – University Relations manages a team responsible for recruiting top early career talent across the organization, while directly overseeing the operations and program management of Mohawk’s award-winning internship program. and recruitment techniques to identify and attract qualified early career candidates, including campus recruiting, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.</li> <li 60.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Lead and manage a small team of TA professionals focused on early careers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high
