What we need: Mohawk is looking for a Distribution Supervisor over our Thomasville,NC facility who has ownership over his/her team of 30+ associates, who can direct safety initiatives on their team and who meet productivity requirements. Promote SAFETY initiatives using corporate direction and the assistance of the EHS Team to develop a SAFETY conscious culture.</li> <li style="background-color:white;margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Plan and schedule the efficient use of associates and equipment to accomplish objectives.</li> <li style="background-color:white;margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Coordinate directly with Production Manager at production facility to ensure production and distribution continuously works as a team to achieve objectives.</li> <li style="background-color:white;margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Continuously measure/monitor performance according to established standards.
