Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Build trusted relationships with HR, Legal, and Finance partners.</li> <li>Act as a strategic advisor, translating business needs into sourcing strategies.</li> <li>Lead and execute complex sourcing projects, including RFPs and supplier evaluations.</li> <li>Analyze financials, model pricing, and negotiate commercially sound deals.</li> <li>Draft and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and performance oversight.</li> <li>Monitor market trends and manage supplier relationships to drive innovation.</li> <li>Apply sourcing best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.</li> </ul> Requirements: Professional Experience <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting environment (e.g., management consulting, procurement advisory, or PMO roles).</li> <li>Proven ability to advise senior HR stakeholders and translate business needs into sourcing and commercial strategies.</li> <li>Experience leading transformational sourcing initiatives across key HR service categories (e.g., recruitment,benefits, payroll, L&D, HRIS).</li> <li>Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, including contract negotiation and supplierselection.</li> <li>Strong capability in structuring deals and drafting commercial contracts, including MSAs, change orders, andamendments.</li> <li>Fluency in English and German</li> </ul> Stakeholder & Supplier Management <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.</li> <li>Skilled in vendor relationship management, performance governance, and strategic supplier engagement.</li> <li>Collaborative approach with internal teams, legal, and finance functions to ensure holistic outcomes.</li> </ul> Strategic & Financial Acumen <ul> <li>Proficient in building business cases, performing cost/benefit analysis, and developing pricing models alignedto HR service delivery goals.</li> <li>Deep understanding of total cost of ownership (TCO) and market benchmarking.</li> </ul> Execution & Delivery <ul> <li>Strong project management and execution skills: ideally experienced in developing sourcing strategies, leadmarket analysis, and run RFP/RFI processes.</li> <li>Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; able to synthesize complex issues for cleardecision-making.</li> <li>Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, balancing competing priorities with high-qualitydelivery. </li> </ul> Join a truly global team.
