Our culture is built on innovation, entrepreneurship, ownership, and impact.</p> </div><div> <h2><strong><br>About the role<br><br></strong></h2> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Sourcing Logistics – Senior Consultant</strong> to <strong>drive and execute</strong> sourcing initiatives across airport ground service equipment and logistics categories.</p> <p>You will support the end-to-end lifecycle management of high loaders, trucks, trailers, and related fleet solutions, contributing to sourcing strategy execution, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives.</p> <p>This role is ideal for candidates with sourcing, logistics procurement, or fleet-related experience who are ready to take <strong>ownership of sourcing execution and stakeholder delivery</strong>.<br><br></p> <hr> <h2><strong><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Drive execution of regional sourcing projects</strong> for airport ground equipment and logistics services</li> <li><strong>Contribute actively to sourcing strategy development</strong> and ensure effective implementation across: <ul> <li>Road transport (linehaul, distribution, airport transfers)</li> <li>Air freight and courier services</li> <li>Time-critical logistics solutions</li> <li>Specialized warehousing (frozen, chilled, ambient)</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Perform detailed spend analysis</strong> to identify saving opportunities and support data-driven decisions</li> <li><strong>Execute sourcing events</strong> (RFI, RFP, negotiations, eAuctions) with increasing ownership</li> <li><strong>Manage day-to-day supplier interactions</strong> and contribute to performance management frameworks</li> <li><strong>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders</strong> (operations, engineering, safety, finance) to ensure alignment and delivery</li> <li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and operational requirements</li> <li><strong>Act as a reliable commercial partner</strong>, ensuring timely and effective sourcing delivery<br><br><br></li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong></h2> <ul> <li>University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent professional experience</li> <li><strong>Minimum 3+ years of experience</strong> in: <ul> <li>Sourcing, procurement, or category management</li> <li>Logistics sourcing, fleet sourcing, or related areas</li> </ul> </li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>RFQs/RFPs, negotiations, and supplier management</strong></li> <li>Exposure to logistics operations (road transport, time-critical, air freight is a plus)</li> <li>Experience in aviation, FMCG, or operationally intensive industries is an advantage</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Solid stakeholder communication and ability to operate in matrix environments</li> <li>Fluent in English<br><br></li> </ul> </div><p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black;background-color:white"><strong>Join a truly global team.</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black;background-color:white">We offer a dynamic and international environment where high performance meets real purpose.
