The Senior Consultant needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within the Marketing category.</p> <p>The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Main responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Collaboration with Head of Sourcing, Sourcing, Operations and Tactical Buying and Team Leads to ensure optimal use of Sourcing, Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying capabilities</li> <li>Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders. Organize and manage market tenders</li> <li>Evaluate suppliers proposals and perform bid analysis – provide input and recommendations for supplier selection;</li> <li>Negotiating deals to achieve optimal commercial, specification, compliance and contractual outcomes</li> <li>Negotiating with vendors for building positive, long-term relationships.</li> <li>Drafting and negotiating contracts with vendors based on standard terms and conditions</li> <li>Identifying opportunities to drive improvements and contributes to their implementation</li> <li>Adhering to the client’s corporate standards, including using the defined sourcing tools and processes in the delivery of sourcing initiatives according to the client requirements</li> <li>Ensuring the functional KPIs, SLAs and other performance objectives are met including savings targets</li> <li>Ensuring accuracy of data and compliance with the given sourcing requirements (based on client methodology and requirements)</li> <li>Performing spend analysis to proactively identify savings opportunities</li> <li>Forecasting and reporting savings</li> <li>Support and run RFx, eAuction – create and manage event in e-sourcing tool</li> <li>Ensuring proactive and timely engagement with clients</li> <li>Ensuring proactivity for additional support/extra activities/projects</li> <li>Supporting coaching and development of more junior colleagues</li> <li>Seen as a role model by colleagues in Chain IQ and clients</li> <li>Acting as category champion for the managed category</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Proven successful track record in a similar role in Procurement or Sourcing</li> <li>Experience sourcing for roles in marketing services categories, including but not limited to creative, digital, media, content, branding, and agency environments</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Strong analytical and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure</li> <li>Focused to deliver savings and to constantly find cost reduction opportunities for the clients</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills and mindset</li> <li>Good problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation</li> <li>Good understanding of sourcing processes and best practices</li> <li>Ready to interact with stakeholders from all organizational levels</li> <li>A delivery-focused sourcer and a team player who feels comfortable creating their own profile and credibility</li> <li>Previous experience in working with any Source to Contract tools</li> <li>Excellent English - written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li> </ul><p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black;background-color:white"><strong>Join a truly global team.</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black;background-color:white">We offer a dynamic and international environment where high performance meets real purpose.
