Here, your voice matters - bold thinking is encouraged, and action follows ambition.</span></p> <p> </p><div> <p><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities: </strong></p> </div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Support end-to-end <strong>sourcing projects</strong> across <strong>indirect spend categories</strong>, especially <strong>Professional Services</strong> (e.g., Business Consulting, Audit, HR, Legal, IT Consulting, etc.).</li> <li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders.</li> <li>Drive the <strong>RFx lifecycle</strong> – including <strong>RFI, RFP, RFQ</strong> development, supplier communication, bid analysis, running eAuction and selection.</li> <li>Analyse supplier proposals and prepare comparative evaluations with well-structured recommendations.</li> <li><strong>Contract drafting, review, and negotiation</strong> in collaboration with legal and procurement stakeholders.</li> <li>Negotiate deals to achieve optimal commercial, specification, compliance and contractual outcomes.</li> <li>Identify and implement sourcing process improvements and best practices across engagements.</li> <li>Contribute to client deliverables, presentations, and project documentation.</li> <li>Support the SSC’s Operations and Tactical & Operational Buying capability.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <div> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> </div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or equal (bachelor’s degree).</li> <li>Experience of Sourcing Operations and Processes and best practice.</li> <li>Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in Sourcing and Procurement.</li> <li>Working knowledge in review, negotiation, and execution of contracts with vendors.</li> <li>Knowledge in conducting tenders (RFI, RFP, RFQ) with running eAuction.</li> <li>Ability to drive performance and continuous improvement, to work under pressure and with high flexibility.</li> <li>High attention to details.</li> <li>Excellent English (<em>native</em>, C1 or equivalent) written and verbal communication skills.
