In this role, you will manage a wide range of HR administrative processes and ensure a smooth, professional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. <hr> <h2>Your Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Support global HR processes, including onboarding, payroll preparation, absence tracking, employee data management, and offboarding.</li> <li>Prepare all employment-related documentation for new hires, including vetting and client-required documentation.</li> <li>Prepare all documents and actions related to offboarding employees.</li> <li>Manage and prepare monthly payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timely collaboration with external payroll providers.</li> <li>Maintain employee records with a high level of data accuracy and produce HR reports as needed.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements, particularly for Switzerland and Germany.</li> <li>Support benefit-related processes and coordinate between employees, benefit providers, and payroll.</li> <li>Continuously review and improve HR processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.</li> <li>Contribute to various ongoing and future HR Operations projects.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with and support the local HR Business Partner.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>You Are</h2> <ul> <li>A positive and solution-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills.</li> <li>A strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.</li> <li>Discreet, trustworthy, and committed to confidentiality.</li> <li>Accurate, detail-oriented, and dependable.</li> <li>Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure and during peak activity periods.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Your Profile</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or higher required.</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations.</li> <li>Solid experience in HR Operations and payroll processes in Switzerland is required.</li> <li>Experience supporting HR Operations in Germany is a strong asset.</li> <li>Bilingual in English and German.</li> <li>Broad understanding of HR disciplines including administration, payroll, employee relations, culture & diversity, and relevant employment laws.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.</li> <li>Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ADP is an advantage.</li> </ul> </div> Join a truly global team.
