We are seeking a seasoned Nuclear Projects Director (Construction) to lead major construction initiatives valued up to $1 billion. This position is assigned to the BWXT-led Nuclear Laboratories Partners of Canada (NLPC) contract overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects, This position leads a team of project manager, project engineers, project controls, and project assistants. The role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and management skills to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget, scope, and schedule. The base salary range for this position in Ontario, Canada, at the start of employment is expected to be between $161, 000 USD and $233,000 USD per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits.
