Provides strategic guidance to senior leadership and business partners. Manages priorities and workload for a team of financial analysts, and oversees their performance through coaching, mentoring, and supervision.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Lead analysis and interpretation of actual financial results, short-term forecasting, and reporting for O&M expenses at generation facilities and support organizations, capital project expenditures, and workforce levels.</li> <li>Oversee the development of long-term O&M and workforce projections in support of the business planning process, including consolidation and reporting efforts.</li> <li>Provide financial, analytical, and general business support to internal client organizations.</li> <li>Manage general accounting and month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, cost allocations, general ledger reconciliations, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.</li> <li>Support the preparation of financial data for regulatory filings submitted to state and federal agencies.</li> <li>Support financial analysts in working with department managers to develop financial targets and assist client organizations in delivering against established targets.</li> <li>Oversee development and maintenance of reliable, efficient, and accurate business reporting tools.<br>Direct special projects and financial studies.</li> <li>Perform other duties as needed to support departmental and organizational goals.</li> <li>Coach, mentor, and supervise a team of financial analysts.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="color:black"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:'Arial', sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field;
