Candidates should enjoy analysis and work in an environment where personal ownership and initiative in seeking outside-the-box solutions is fostered. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Analyze production data using statistical software and review results in collaboration with product owners.</p> <p>• Own end-to-end product engineering support from Proto stages through mass production, partnering with USPE and PEM teams.</p> <p>• Lead ATE test solution transfer and validation, ensuring cross-site correlation and production readiness.</p> <p>• Drive STR strategy, testing, and disposition starting EVT, including Maverick process ownership.</p> <p>• Lead yield improvement and low-yield resolution through structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.</p> <p>• Act as primary interface for QA/ORT data review, including pass/fail assessment and drift analysis.</p> <p>• Lead customer reporting (ATE/RAW data), ensuring data integrity, clarity, and alignment with US teams.</p> <p>• Coordinate cross-functional teams (TE, operations, maintenance, design, reliability) to resolve technical issues.</p> <p>• Oversee key engineering activities including wafer documentation, sample shipments, and RMA/T0 data analysis.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Required Experience and Skills</b></H2> </div><div><p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.</p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• At least 5 years’ experience in semiconductor industry, or 3 years with MS degree.</p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• 90% conversational English proficiency is needed.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Desired Experience and Skills</b></H2> </div><div><p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis tools is preferred.</p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• Strong background in statistical analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE).</p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• Proven ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.</p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• Experience with product development and sustaining engineering activities.</p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.</p></div></div></div><p>Skyworks is proud to be an equal opportunity employer supporting diversity in the workplace. </p>
