We are excited about the opportunity to work with you and glad you want to be part of a team of talented individuals who together can change the way the world communicates.</p> <p>Requisition ID: 77539 </p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibility</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Manage day-to-day reliability test production activities, including scheduling, workflows, capacity planning but not limited to cost rate, production variance, work-in-progress inventory and its' accuracy, quality yield, capacity and etc.</li> <li>Ensure efficient production operations by supervising staff, providing guidance, and fostering optimal performance.</li> <li>Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and timely delivery of products.</li> <li>Lead and participate in process improvement projects, utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.</li> <li>Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and equipment, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.</li> <li>Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirement </b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
