We are excited about the opportunity to work with you and glad you want to be part of a team of talented individuals who together can change the way the world communicates.</p> <p>Requisition ID: 77840 </p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Responsible for Final Inspection (FI) process – RF/DC testing of wafer </li> <li>Responsible for maintaining FI performance and to improve process quality, yield and reliability </li> <li>Responsible for creating or maintaining current Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instructions (WI) and Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) </li> <li>Spearhead continuous improvement projects to optimise cost and yield loss </li> <li>Establish work procedures, corrective actions and preventions </li> <li>Analyse low yield or testing issue and feedback to relevant process </li> <li>Provide support to improve operations team and technician skillset </li> <li>Provide support to operations team and technicians during non-office hours to resolve any testing related issue </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualifications </li> <li>High level of discipline and integrity </li> <li>Possess a positive attitude and sense of urgency </li> <li>Meticulous, keen attention to details and organize </li> <li>Competent in data analytics tools such as JMP, Exensio </li> <li>Competent in programming skills like Python </li> </ul></div></div></div><p>Skyworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
