Scope of work involve sustaining and improving compound semiconductor photolithography processes for current technology as well as working with development team on the new technologies to ensure resist coat, expose, develop, metrology tool and processes are optimized. Engineer is expected to implement/improve process control by use of FDC and SPC methods. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
