<p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt;text-align:justify;line-height:115%;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="line-height:115%">We have an immediate need for a <strong>Coater 1</strong> for <strong>First </strong><strong>Shift</strong> in our McBee, SC facility. This position will be</span><span style="line-height:115%"> responsible for a number of job duties, including (but not limited to):</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify;margin:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><strong><span style="">Responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Set up, change over, monitor, install and/or program thermal spray coating equipment for painting and/or glassing products;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Obtain and prepare parts, equipment, tools and materials needed to complete tasks;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Sand and paint components per required safety, quality and production specifications;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Provide direction, training and/or guidance to new employees as required;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Maintain and calibrate equipment, fixtures and tools per specifications;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and organized condition and follow prescribed safety rules, quality requirements;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Execute tests and trial coatings, etc. for development, implementation and process stability purposes;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Store and properly identify finished units;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Fill out paperwork related to production activity as required;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Report problems with safety, quality, processes, equipment and materials to production lead or supervisor;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Wear required PPE (steel-toed boots, safety glasses, ear plugs, and any additional PPE required for task being performed);</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Perform other duties and operate machinery as assigned by Supervisor/Team Leader.</span></li> serif"><span style="">Willingness to work overtime as required depending on business need;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Ability to read and understand basic measuring tools, diagrams and drawings;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Ability to understand and follow standard work and work instructions;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Ability to accept responsibility for work performed;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Ability to perform style="">Knowledge and skills to operate all required machines;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Ability to receive on-the-job training;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Previous manufacturing experience strongly preferred;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif"><span style="">Ability to follow all safety and quality policies and procedures;</span></li> </ul>
