The successful candidate will ensure the cleanliness and presentation of our holiday homes, providing a welcoming and safe environment for potential buyers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Duties</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Clean accommodation units as per the cleaner's worksheet and ensure they are in top condition for presentation. Re-clean units as requested by the Accommodation Manager or checkers.</li> <li>Ensure all lost property found in accommodation is handed in to the accommodation office and logged in the lost property book.</li> <li>Collect and return all cleaning materials to the appropriate location and maintain their condition.</li> <li>Ensure the security and safety of all company property while performing duties. Dispose of all rubbish from accommodation by bagging it and placing it in the designated rubbish skips. </li> <li>Be flexible and assist the maintenance team as required, providing support for other tasks.</li> <li>Conduct full checks on smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms, ensuring they are functioning properly. Complete all required record sheets fully and accurately.</li> <li>Carry out visual safety checks and report any necessary repairs to the line manager.</li> <li>Inspect steps and pathways leading to the accommodation units and report any potential hazards to the line manager.</li> <li>Ensure only company-provided cleaning materials are used and that all cleaning procedures follow COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations.</li> <li>Thoroughly clean areas often overlooked, such as under beds and inside wardrobes, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Good communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to follow instructions and work to a high standard.</li> <li>Reliability and punctuality.</li> <li>Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as needed.</li> <li>Positive attitude.</li> </ul></div></div></div><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p>At Park Holidays UK, you'll be part of an industry-leading organisation where you'll be challenged, inspired, rewarded, and empowered to grow.
