This role requires culinary expertise, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Duties</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the menu and organisational standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.</li> <li>Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, ensuring proper handling, storage, and preparation of all ingredients.</li> <li>Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.</li> <li>Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the highest standards of quality, both in terms of taste and presentation.</li> <li>Work closely with other kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to kitchen assistants and other team members.</li> <li>Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies, checking deliveries, and ensuring proper stock rotation.</li> <li>Monitor food costs and minimise waste through efficient use of ingredients and careful portion control.</li> <li>Consider customer feedback and adjust recipes or presentation as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.</li> <li>Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen area, ensuring all workstations are clean and well-stocked.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
