Their primary role is to ensure that their assigned systems are operating efficiently, securely and effectively to support the manufactured housing, recreational vehicle, accounting/financial, and miscellaneous ancillary business objectives.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Duties</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Develops and implements strategic system roadmap and initiatives to align with Sun&apos;s goals and objectives (Essential)</li> <li>Partners with business leaders across Sun to inform and gain buy-in on the system vision, strategy, features, budgets, and priorities (Essential)</li> <li>Oversees installations, configurations, and implementations on assigned systems (Essential)</li> <li>Monitors and ensures assigned systems&apos; availability, performance, and security, promptly resolving any issues or business disruptions that may arise (Essential)</li> <li>Conducts regular system assessments and participate in security audits to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and areas for improvement and work to implement appropriate measures to mitigate them (Essential)</li> <li>Understanding of high-level business processes performed at Sun across the various systems within the enterprise technology architecture (Essential)</li> <li>Develops and maintains system documentation, including operating and support procedures, configurations, and technical specifications</li> <li>Leads required upgrades and enhancements to the assigned system</li> <li>Collaborates with external vendor partners and cross-functional internal team members to gather requirements, analyze needs, design, and implement appropriate system solutions</li> <li>Oversees any acquisition, disposition, and conversion tasks related to assigned systems</li> <li>Manages relationships with external vendor partners and technology teams for assigned systems</li> <li>Maintains accurate system records, establishes contacts and effective support procedures, contract details, and manages key system dates</li> <li>Stays abreast of emerging tech trends and best practices, recommend system enhancements, and drive the adoption strategy</li> <li>Other tasks as assigned</li> <li>Partner with leadership teams to assess, recommend, and implement technology solutions that align with organizational objectives and meet compliance standards</li> <li>Ensure effective IT controls design and operation within assigned systems and work with internal and external auditors to support audit requests.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor&apos;s Degree in information technology or related field (Required)</li> <li>5 years in Experience in product ownership, system administration, or system support role (Required)</li> <li>3 years in Proven experience in enterprise systems management, including design, implementation and maintenance (Preferred)</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and coordinate system implementation and upgrade projects</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Ability to think creatively</li> <li>Strong negotiation, presentation, and reporting skills</li> <li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to take initiative and embrace change</li> <li>Knowledge of configuration and support best practices and methodologies</li> <li>Solid understanding of IT security principles and practices, including access controls, data protection, and compliance requirements</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions</li> </ul></div></div></div><p><strong>BENEFITS</strong></p> <p>At Sun Communities, you will be part of an industry-leading organization where you will be challenged, inspired, rewarded and transformed.
