They show, advertise, and market the homes. They are also responsible to prepare home orders, and coordinate closings.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Duties</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Shows prospective buyers new, pre-owned and brokered homes for sale in the community (Essential)</li> <li>Coordinates model presentation (i.e. repairs, warranty work, cleaning, furniture) (Essential)</li> <li>Coordinates and manages the Lease Purchase Program, including submitting service requests and following-up on repairs, leasing and follow-ups, renewals and LPP sale conversions (Essential)</li> <li>Requests closing packages and performs closings (Essential)</li> <li>Advertises and markets homes for sale in the resort/community (i.e. ads, flyers, mailers, banners, visits local employers, etc.) (Essential)</li> <li>Collaborates with Sales Manager and/or appropriate manager to select sites for Sun Homes models. Prioritizes site preparation for Sun Homes models</li> <li>Recommends inspections and purchases of pre-owned or repossessed homes</li> <li>Reviews and authorizes invoices for payment pertaining to Sun Homes Sales</li> <li>Coordinates open house planning with the Sales and/or appropriate Manager</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED (Required)</li> <li>2 years in experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry (Required)</li> <li>Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills</li> <li>Excellent organization and time management skills</li> <li>Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency with the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet, and provide data entry in a timely and efficient manner</li> <li>Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed</li> </ul></div></div></div><p><strong>REWARDING BENEFITS</strong></p> <p>At Sun Communities, you will be part of an industry-leading organization where you will be challenged, inspired, rewarded and transformed.
