<p>$16.50 per hour</p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Overview</b></H3> </div><div>Guest Services Coordinators handle the routine office work and administrative responsibilities of the resort, working closely with the RV Resort Manager and other team members.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Duties</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Greets and establishes rapport with guests, current and prospective residents. Fields resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the RV Resort Manager (Essential)</li> <li>Maintains the petty cash fund, ensuring to record expenditures in the proper accounts (Essential)</li> <li>Performs general administrative functions such as answering phones, typing, photocopying, faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned (Essential)</li> <li>Collects and posts resident security deposits, processing fees, rent, inspection, application or other miscellaneous fees in Yardi; records in the proper accounts and issues receipts (Essential)</li> <li>Prepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, newsletters, etc.</li> <li>Assist with accepting guest reservations in person and via phone</li> <li>Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare supply orders as needed</li> <li>Assist with planning and coordinating guest and resident relations events and activities within the resort</li> <li>Assist with the preparation of marketing materials</li> <li>Make collection calls for site rental payments as directed; submit bad debt files to collections</li> <li>Process resident move-ins and move-outs</li> <li>Complete and maintain resort records, reports, and files</li> <li>Refer sales prospects to the RV Resort Manager and/or Sales Manager and enter prospect information into property management/reservation system in a timely manner</li> <li>Obtain approvals on prospective resident applications; track all approvals and denials</li> <li>Assist prospective residents by checking the status of Sun Homes inventory; review home listings, show homes, and assist with rental applications</li> <li>Review and code invoices and other payables &amp; submit to manager approval</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> <li>Check guests in and out for their reservations</li> <li>Greet and establish rapport with guests, current and prospective residents</li> <li>Field resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to resort leadership</li> <li>Maintain petty cash fund</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED (Required)</li> <li>2 years in administrative experience (Required)</li> <li>6 months in previous experience using property management and/or reservation systems (Preferred)</li> <li>6 months in hotel or resort front desk experience (Preferred)</li> <li>Strong customer service skills</li> <li>Excellent telephone skills</li> <li>Good problem solving skills</li> <li>Professional appearance</li> <li>Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, with ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email, the internet, and provide data entry in a timely and efficient manner</li> <li>Must have a valid driver&apos;s license</li> </ul> </div></div></div><h3><strong>PERKS &amp; BENEFITS</strong></h3> <p>At Sun Outdoors, you will be part of an industry-leading organization where you will be challenged, inspired, rewarded and transformed.
