The Employer Account Representative II will serve as a liaison between area service agencies and local/regional employers to develop relationships that will lead to employment opportunities for job candidates. The Employer Account Representative II will work with employers to identify career pathways, job openings and to promote the hiring of HAVT candidates.</p> <p> </p> <p>Typical job duties would include developing relationships with employers, facilitation of the regional HAVT Workforce Partners Team, development of presentations for employers and job candidates, labor market analysis, and maintenance of our Salesforce CRM system to track outreach activities.
