This position supports both the Woodland and Stockton California sites and will report to the Regional Operations Manager. Additionally, a dual dotted line reporting structure to the Maintenance Managers at both locations. Results are reviewed through the achievement of set goals and adherence to the policies, procedures, and practices.<br>As a critical contributor to operational efficiency and reliability, this position directly impacts production outcomes and aligns maintenance strategies with organizational goals. The Planner/Scheduler collaborates closely with maintenance, operations, and management teams to develop and refine maintenance plans, optimize scheduling efficiency, and drive continuous improvement Accountabilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Responsible for daily planning and scheduling of maintenance functions including but not limited to inspection schedules and daily schedules.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Meet outage planning process milestones including outage scopes, pre-outage forecasts, competitive bidding of materials and services contracts, outage duration, outage milestones, and resource assignments, and commitments approval of project activities.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Optimizes shift work schedules for resource utilization and priority with direction from the Maintenance Manager.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Maintains outage planning process milestones including commitments, pre-outage forecasts, outage milestones, and resource assignments.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Provides guidelines and operational assistance to plant staff.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Identifies and implements best practices while maintaining plant operational and financial goals.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Updates/maintains PM frequency and content using CMMS data and work order/technician feedback.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Perform PM schedule adjustments and generate reports.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Create reports on key Maintenance Metrics: % Planned work completed; % PM Compliance; % Breakdown Work; Backlog Hrs; etc.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, certificate (i.e., the completion of a core group of course designated by the institution) in a related discipline is preferred and knowledge and capabilities typically acquired through at least 4 environments.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Experience in outage or turnaround planning in industrial environments is preferred.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of plant safety, policies and procedures, especially in areas such as chemical handling, high-energy systems, confined spaces, incipient fire suppression, first aid and rotating machinery preferred.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span
