Compensation: The base salary for this role ranges between $55,040 - $75, 680 with eligibility for an incentive target of $1,800.00 which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives. Position Summary: The Onsite Service Specialist (OSS) assists the local KeepStock team in driving inventory management execution and customer service excellence by assisting in the pre-implementation and implementation process for new KeepStock installations. They assist with customer training and activities related to customer inventory management. The OSS needs to be open to working in different customer types and environments. This may include: a hard hat; steel-toed safety boots, clean shaven or trimmed moustache/beard in order to wear a close-fitted N95 mask or other required PPE. Details of these requirements will be provided during the recruitment process. Some customers may have alcohol and drug screening policies for on-site contractors and vendors.
