With our wide variety of contracts, we have a position that will accommodate your needs and help you reach your goals. </p> </div> </div> <div> <div> <h2><strong>What's in it for you?</strong></h2> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>We offer competitive wages starting at $25 & comprehensive health benefits </p> </li> <li>Uniform provided free of charge </li> <li> <p>Opportunities to grow alongside GardaWorld </p> </li> <li> <p>Continuing education through GardaWorld Academy</p> </li> </ul> </div> </div> <div> <div> <h2><strong>Responsibilities for a Commercial Security Shift Supervisor</strong></h2> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Review all submitted team incident reports for quality assurance.</p> </li> <li> <p>Liaise with client, contractors, tenants, emergency services.</p> </li> <li> <p>Review and export of CCTV footage using digital CCTV systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Providing excellent costumer service to various tenants.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide first aid and basic life safety in an emergency situation.</p> </li> <li>Must be able to cover a guards shift on a as needed basis</li> <li> <p>Coordinating day to day operations to the site supervisor</p> </li> <li> <p>Responsible for ensuring that security licenses are up to date for bullpen staff</p> </li> <li> <p>Assisting the Field supervisor in tracking various training matrixes for guards and the team leads.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintaining Training Matrix and performing other responsibilities as per assigned by the client.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> </div> </div> <div> <div> <h2><strong>Qualifications for Commercial Security Shift Supervisor</strong></h2> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>1 to 3 years experience in security supervisor experience</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills (English an asset) </p> </li> <li> <p>Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook </p> </li> <li> <p>Valid Alberta Security license and first aid card </p> </li> <li> <p>Must be able to work 4/4 - 2 12 hour day shifts & 2 12 hour night rotational shift</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated ability to follow operational security measures, protect confidential information, and exercise good judgment and discretion</p> </li> <li>Demonstrated comprehension of the Canadian Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act powers of arrest</li> <li> <p>Be eligible to work in Canada</p> </li> <li> <p>Must have strong customer service skills, mature attitude and professionalism</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Leadership and mentorship skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Able to work in a team environment or independently as required</p> </li> </ul> </div> </div>
