</div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Welcome and assist visitors, verify identification,issue and provide clear guidance while maintaining excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Control access at entry and exit points using electronic systems or physical checks to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of stairwells, hallways, and common areas to establish presence, identify risks, and maintain order.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct Mobile Patrols</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor and document all security systems and CCTV for suspicious activity or operational issues, escalating concerns when needed.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Inspect and report maintenance needs related to security equipment and facility infrastructure.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Respond promptly to incidents or complaints, provide first aid when required, and coordinate effectively with emergency responders.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Secure identified doors, ensure proper locking procedures, and enforce property regulations and city by-laws at all times.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Protect client assets against theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other safety concerns by remaining alert and proactive.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Document all activities, including incident reports, maintenance logs, and daily reports, ensuring accuracy and timely communication of concerns.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, certification an asset</li> <li>Exceptional customer service skills</li> <li>Proficient in basic phone & computer skills</li> <li>Full Saskatchewan Driving license ( min past 12 months)</li> <li>Clear driving abstract ( past 12 months)</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Previous experience as a Security guard in a high profile site (asset)</li> <li>Leadership and
