<p>The Recruiter is responsible for assisting with the full recruitment cycle for screening officers. It will be a requirement that they participate in a high‐volume recruitment process. The Recruiter will be responsible for the administration of a multi‐phase recruitment process which includes the attraction, sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing of candidates whilst maintaining accurate records and pipelines in the applicant tracking system.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.</li> <li>Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.</li> <li>Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.</li> <li>Working in collaboration with the recruitment team to monitor all screening officer recruiting activities and progress.</li> <li>Managing and maintaining an accurate pipeline of candidates using an applicant tracking system, (SAP SuccessFactors), to support staffing requirements and ensure quality and compliance.</li> <li>Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and community partnership.</li> <li>Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.</li> <li>Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensures effective participation with colleagues in development of program activities to stay current with regulatory requirements within the scope of the recruitment program.</li> <li>Design, implement and maintain effective relationships with aerodrome operators and pass offices.</li> <li>Works effectively with aerodrome operators in participating in career fairs.</li> <li>Responsible for adherence to systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's vision and programs.</li> <li>Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment role (preferably high-volume recruitment).</li> <li>Diploma/Degree in a related field such as Human Resources or Business Administration</li> <li>Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop and implement action plans that achieve objectives.</li> <li>Experience in Aviation, Resources or Security Operations</li> <li>Experience with an applicant tracking system(s)</li> <li>Experience with online testing platforms</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Able to build strong relationships with program stakeholders</li> <li>Strong commitment to teamwork.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting process and priorities</li> <li>Requires moderate direction to complete more complex tasks; completes routine tasks with little or no supervision.</li> <li>Understanding of administrative processes related to recruitment with a demonstrated ability to work within a regulatory and compliance driven environment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Team Building and Communication</strong>:<strong> </strong>must be able to support the development of a healthy internal culture that retains vital employees and holds individuals accountable to company or regulatory standards. Manage group processes during any presentation and reflects agility to meet the audience requirements.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p> <ul> <li>In person and virtual meetings are required. </li> <li>Physical requirements include but are not limited to – standing, lifting, sitting for prolonged periods, extensive use of a computer/electronic device.</li> <li>Ability to mentally focus and concentrate for prolonged periods.</li> <li>Ability to facilitate in person sessions that requires standing, sitting, walking, speaking, and directing participation of small (3 to 4 people) to large (20 to 50 people) groups during regular business hours over multiple days.</li> <li>Work near others.
