In this role, you will play a critical part in elevating eCommerce performance by building engaging website journeys, optimizing content, and delivering innovative digital campaigns across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including brand marketing, DTC, creative, analytics, and IT teams to bring integrated campaigns to life. From email marketing and CRM execution to website merchandising and landing page development, you’ll ensure each touchpoint contributes to a seamless and personalized consumer experience. Success in this role means continuously testing, learning, and refining. You will lead A/B testing initiatives, analyze campaign performance, and uncover new opportunities to enhance the customer journey. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will help improve engagement, conversion, and overall brand impact.
