The Livingston Pilot Winery is seeking a seasonal assistant to support our mission of driving innovation in the wine industry by pushing the boundaries of winemaking techniques and technologies. As a member of our team, you'll work closely the Pilot Winery staff and have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of winemaking. You will be involved with all tasks involved in the production of research wines. The hours and schedule will vary depending on the workload, but tends to fall around 50-60 hours per week during the peak, including weekends when necessary. A willingness to work in an outdoor environment, at elevated heights and to comply with applicable quality, environmental, and safety regulatory considerations is essential.
