Reporting to the Regional Director of Manitoba & Saskatchewan, and the Regional Manager of Finance & Administration, the successful candidate will be responsible for all administrative responsibilities related to payroll and billing, working closely with the operation. If you have a superior team spirit and aptitude for meeting internal and external client expectations, we look forward to reviewing your resume!</p> <p> </p> <p> <strong><span>What’s in it for you?</span></strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Competitive annual salary $60,000</li> <li>Health benefits</li> <li>Corporate discounts- gym discounts, phone plans and home security</li> <li>RRSP contribution after 1 year of employment</li> <li>Full time permanent in-office position Mon-Fri 0800-1700; must have ability to work holidays</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Manage and oversee all payroll and billing activities</li> <li>Liaise with stakeholders to meet client and corporate targets</li> <li>Serve as a primary point of contact for all payroll and billing related inquiries</li> <li>Identify opportunities for improvement and provide follow-up, positive and constructive feedback</li> <li>Prepare and obtains approval for all payables</li> <li>Verify client reports and documents for accurate sign off</li> <li>Generate reports and ensure on time submissions</li> <li>Collaborate with front line management teams and complete all reconciliation requests identified through internal document process or client requests</li> <li>Manage invoices for region accounts</li> <li>Assist and support other departments</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Education & Skills Required</span></strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>3 – 5 years experience with payroll and billing processing</li> <li>3 – 5 years experience with accounts payable/receivables</li> <li>Detail oriented, computer savvy, easily adaptable to change</li> <li>Able to work independently and as part of a team, manage deadlines</li> <li>Experience with an HRIS system an asset</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>High school diploma</li> <li>Local to Edmonton</li> </ul> <p><span style="color:white">SSEDM</span></p>
