In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management of all issues within your assigned account portfolio, with a strong focus on delivering a high level of service.</p> <p>You will act as the primary liaison between clients, GardaWorld team members, and internal operations, serving as the main point of contact for client service, employee performance, and incident escalation.</p> <p>If you bring leadership experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment where relationship building, problem-solving, and technology-driven operations are key to success, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading organization.</p> <hr> <h3><span><strong>What We Offer:</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>Salary: <strong>$60,000</strong></li> <li>Health Benefits</li> <li>Vehicle allowance</li> <li>Flexible hours</li> <li>Career development and advancement opportunities</li> <li>RRSP contribution after one year of employment</li> <li>Full-time permanent position</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><span><strong>What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>You are a strong relationship builder who can confidently manage client expectations while maintaining high service standards</li> <li>You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and can juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail</li> <li>You are tech-savvy, comfortable using multiple systems (scheduling platforms, reporting tools, HRIS/ATS), and can quickly learn new technologies</li> <li>You have a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, addressing issues before they escalate and driving continuous improvement</li> <li>You are a hands-on leader who supports your team, holds them accountable, and leads by example</li> <li>You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly document and report on incidents and operations</li> <li>You are confident in making decisions and handling high-pressure situations with professionalism</li> <li>You take ownership of your portfolio and are committed to delivering results, improving performance, and building long-term client trust</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>Maximize customer retention by driving and ensuring customer satisfaction</li> <li>Respond to escalated inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring proper documentation in accordance with corporate policy</li> <li>Translate customer expectations and contractual requirements into clear operational instructions</li> <li>Ensure all sites are fully staffed with trained, equipped, and motivated personnel</li> <li>Drive corrective actions for operational or service-related issues in line with corporate standards</li> <li>Review key business reports (overtime, staffing, licensing, and account requirements) to effectively manage portfolios</li> <li>Complete and maintain Standing Orders, Site Hazard Assessments, and client files annually</li> <li>Coordinate with union representatives on personnel-related matters as required</li> <li>Utilize multiple technology platforms and systems (e.g., scheduling software, reporting tools, HRIS/ATS systems, and communication platforms) to manage operations, track performance, and ensure compliance across all sites</li> <li>Travelling to the different site locations in Saskatchewan (Prince Albert, Lloydminster and North Battleford)</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><span><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>1–2 years of Account Management or Security Site Supervisor experience</li> <li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn and navigate technology-based systems and platforms</li> <li>Experience working with scheduling systems, reporting tools, and operational software is highly preferred</li> <li>Previous experience in the security industry is a strong asset</li> <li>Post-secondary education in a security-related field is an asset</li> <li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Flexibility to work outside regular business hours to meet operational demands</li> <li>Clean criminal background check</li> <li>Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site travel</li> <li>Legally entitled to work in Canada</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:white">SSSASK</span></p>
