sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead a team of highly trained Security Guards</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Plan, direct and ensure the smooth running of operations at the client's site </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and implement procedures and policies for security operations </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Previous experience as a Security Supervisor in a high profile site (asset)</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">1 to 3 years experience in Supervisory or leadership roles in a unionized environment </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent oral and written communication skills (English) </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span
