Develops, maintains, and implements streamlined and improved processes and systems for the Sales & Marketing department to ensure accuracy and timeliness of business reports.</p> <p>2. Consults with users and clarifies processes and procedures within the system objectives.</p> <p>3. Develops and implements data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality.</p> <p>4. Follows a standard process from testing and validation to implementation.</p> <p>5. Develops and implements methodology and tracking mechanisms to automate and standardize departmental, NAL, and Koito reports and submits accurate reports on a timely basis.</p> <p> a. Documents current and proposed workflow processes.</p> <p> b. Creates user level and programmer work instructions.</p> <p>6. Oversees functionality of Sales and Marketing Systems.</p> <p> a. Tracks open issues and makes suggestions for improvement.</p> <p> b. Works with IT and Technical Services to ensure issues are resolved.</p> <p> c. Provides training/updates to NAL personnel regarding changes or modifications.</p> <p>7. Provides analytical support of Sales & Marketing data</p> <p>8. Stays current with and maintains a high level of knowledge of assigned business systems.</p> <p>9. Supports IATF16949/ISO compliance for Sales office</p> <p>10. Maintain Sales data integrity in systems shared with other departments.</p> <p>11. Train and mentor level one Sales & Marketing Systems Analysts.</p> <p>12. Performs other duties as assigned.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><br>The salary range for this position is $64,800- $89,400 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and the career level at which the position is filled.</strong></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:18.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Requirements</H2> </div><div><p>1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.</p> <p>2. 2 to 4 years of experience supporting financial, administration, and/or automotive release systems applications, and developing end user reports for business applications.</p> <p>3. Experience with the following is preferred:</p> <p> a. Document Control Systems and/or Technical Writing</p> <p> b. One or more application/Web development languages</p> <p> c. Relational Database Management Systems and structured Query Language</p> <p> d. ERP and/or MES applications</p> <p> e. Azure cloud services (Office365, Power BI, Power Apps, OpenAI Studio)</p> <p> f. Virtualization/fabric data architectures, forecasting tools and AI/machine learning (especially Palantir Foundry)</p> <p>4. Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:</p> <p> a. Knowledge and understanding of the principles of networking and TCP/IP.</p> <p> b. Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail</p> <p> c. Organizational, planning, and project management skills.</p> <p> d. Computer skills — proficiency using stand business software, MS Office</p> <p> e. Written and verbal communications and presentation skills.</p> <p> f.
