Facilitates and leads the development, coordination, and implementation of the Mendomi program for the plant.<br>2. Coach, Facilitate or Lead improvement Mendomi events. 3. Act as a liaison for the plant, to gather ideas, boost participation and sustain interest in Mendomi.<br>4. Create communication strategies to promote and encourage participation in wellness programs. 5. Conduct program assessments and employee surveys to assess priorities in Mendomi development.<br>6. Utilize Employee engagement in ideas and implementation of program improvements.<br>7. Develop plant level engagement activities for Mendomi.<br>8. Develop creative program materials, including promotional items and communicate clearly and effectively. Mendomi activities through multiple venues, such as developing an ongoing article in the NAL newsletter.<br>9. Maintains, provides, and disseminates information and materials regarding the Mendomi program.<br>10. Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.<br>11. Performs all other duties as required.</p> <p>The salary range for this position is $41,400 - $65,500 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and the career level at which the position is filled.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:18.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Requirements</H2> </div><div><p>1. Meets one of the following education and experience requirements<br> a. Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline plus 2 to 4 years of experience<br> b. High School Diploma plus 4 to 6 years of related experience.<br> (Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred)<br> 2. Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:<br> a. Ability to organize, plan, and handle multiple priorities<br> b. Analytical and problem solving skills<br> c. Computer Skills – proficient using standard business software (including MS Office)<br> d. Written and verbal communications and presentation skills<br> e. Leadership and coaching skills that positively interacts with employees and business objectives<br> f. Ability to work and function in a team environment<br> g.
