<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Job Summary</H2> </div><div><p>Responsible for managing and overseeing the supply crib operations in the Supply Crib.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Essential Duties & Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><p>1. Ensure that the parts crib is well-stocked, organized, and secure.<br>2. Manages crib and planner personnel as assigned.<br>3. Tracks the inventory, usage, and condition of the parts and new or reconditioned equipment. Monitors material<br>being used to ensure that they are properly pulled from stock, checked for accurate counts, marking and style.<br>4. Records and monitors the supply crib activities and generates reports.<br>5. Helps to optimize the efficiency, productivity, and safety of the technical support, repair, or maintenance<br>processes.<br>6. Ensures technicians and engineers have the right parts and equipment for their jobs and that the parts and<br>equipment are in good working order.<br>7. Prevents supply loss, damage, or theft and reduces cost and waste.<br>8. Monitor reports and purchase orders to ensure there is proper inventory.<br>9. Works with purchasing and crib personnel to ensure parts are entered and tracked in the inventory system.<br>10. Provide customer service to anyone that approaches the crib, help locate parts, and issue material out using<br>barcode scanner to individuals as needed. Handle any issues or requests timely and professionally.<br>11. Performs other duties as assigned.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong><br>The salary range for this position is $53,700 - $78,500 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and the career level at which the position is filled.</strong></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Requirements</H2> </div><div><p>1. Must meet one of the following Education and Experience requirements:<br> a. High School Diploma or GED, plus 2 to 4 years of experience in an inventory management or<br> purchasing position in a manufacturing environment; OR<br> b. Associate’s Degree in Business or as manufacturing-related discipline, plus up to 2 years of<br> experience in an inventory management or purchasing position in a manufacturing environment<br> 2. 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role<br> 3. Must be able to operator a forklift and be forklift certified<br> 4. Must have the ability to life, push, or pull up to 40lbs on a regular and consistent basis.<br> 5. Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:<br> a. Analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills<br> b. Organizational and planning skills<br> c. Leadership and coaching skills<br> d. Computer skills in standard business software (including MS Office program)<br> e. Written and verbal communication<br> f.
