Plan daily cycle counts.<br> 2. Execute daily cycle counts.<br> 3. Investigate and locate lost inventory.<br> 4. Coordinate count activities with area leaders in manufacturing and the warehouse to ensure all material is accounted for.<br> 5. Escalate any non-conformances in part handling/inventory control.<br> 6. Daily pass along with specific detail about issues with current days counts.<br> 7. Adjust shared source items per current adjustment practices.<br> 8. Assist planners, supervisors, or manager on urgent issues as they arise.<br> 9. Escalate significant losses immediately.<br> 10. Support department kaizen activities.<br> 11. High School Diploma or GED<br>2. 2 to 4 years of progressive manufacturing experience<br>Experience with Plex is preferred<br>3. Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:<br>a. Clerical and administrative skills<br>b. Organizational and planning skills<br>c. Mathematical and analytical skills<br>d. Problem solving and conflict resolution skills<br>e. Computer skills — proficient using standard business software (including MS Office)<br>f. Written and verbal communications skills<br>g. Interpersonal skills – ability to work and function in a team environment and to confidently interact with individual at all levels of authority</p> <p> </p> <p>The salary range for this position is $35,700 - $48,000 per year.
