Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime, anywhere.</p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Job Posting External</b></u></H2> </div><div><p><u><b>Job Duties</b></u></p> <ul> <li>Study existing branch business software to identify enhancement opportunities</li> <li>Present, facilitate, and lead continuous improvement activities</li> <li>Partner with branch process owners and ensure appropriate participation and support</li> <li>Provide event follow-up and monitor the progress of planned improvement implementation</li> <li>Develop reports of overall Continuous Improvement</li> <li>Facilitate knowledge transfer across branches and departments</li> <li>Provide training, leadership, and team building skills, and subject matter expertise and delivery of continuous improvement</li> <li>Assist in coordinating an enterprise software implementation plan and schedule for newly acquired branches</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><u><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></u></p> <ul> <li>0-2 years related experience</li> <li>Associate degree, preferably a technical degree, or equivalent experience</li> <li>Branch business process knowledge required.</li> <li>High school graduate or equivalent</li> <li>Valid driver&apos;s license, good driving record.</li> </ul> <p><u><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></u></p> <ul> <li>Previous subject matter expert in 5S, continuous improvement, value stream mapping, six sigma problem solving, and training strongly preferred.</li> <li>Strong communication, organizational, presentation, and time management skills</li> <li>Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation and ability to work in a team environment and lead team activities</li> <li>Ability to provide hands-on leadership where needed in execution of process improvements. </li> <li>Microsoft Office experience</li> </ul> </div></div></div><p> </p> <p><strong>Work Authorization:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
