Generate leads. Involvement in information gathering efforts and/or tracking and follow-up of leads and inquiries.</li> <li>Participate in training activities locally, in the field, and occasionally at the New Bremen, Ohio corporate headquarters.</li> <li>Collaborate with various departments within the branch.</li> </ul> <p><u><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></u></p> <ul> <li>Less than 2 years related experience</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demos.</li> </ul> <p><u><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></u></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program is a plus.</li> <li>Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment.</li> <li>Intermediate computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.</li> <li>Ability and willingness to work outside normal business hours to prepare for sales activities</li> </ul> </div></div></div><p> </p> <p><strong>Work Authorization:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
