Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime, anywhere.</p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Environmental Health Safety Manufacturing Manager</b></u></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the Celina Operations overall Environmental, Health, and Safety strategies.</li> <li>Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Environmental, Health, and Safety programs for the local manufacturing facilities. </li> <li>Support the Celina’s campus emergency response team and maintain oversight of the Injury Prevention teams and other plant-based safety teams. </li> <li>Provide management support to the employee-led, behavioral-based safety process. </li> <li>Manage departmental personnel by assigning work tasks and conducting annual performance reviews.</li> <li>Act as a resource to all plants and their respective leadership on all environmental, health and safety issues. </li> <li>Prepare and monitor the department&apos;s budget.</li> <li>Oversee the incident investigation process and maintain accident prevention activities in all seven manufacturing facilities. </li> <li>Employee Development</li> <li>Assist the organization with other duties as required. </li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&apos;s degree (Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management) or equivalent experience.</li> <li>Previous progressive leadership experience including but not limited to plant leadership, production management, or other applicable functions.</li> <li>10-15 years&apos; related experience with at least 5 years of that experience in a leadership role</li> <li>Knowledge of health and safety regulations required. </li> <li>Experience with leading teams using influence techniques versus relying on a direct reporting relationship.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.</li> <li>CSP and CIH preferred.</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div></div><p> </p> <p><strong>Work Authorization:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
