<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Job Posting External</b></u></H2> </div><div><p><u><strong>Job Duties</strong></u></p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and install dock and door equipment. </li> <li>Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer dock and door equipment.</li> <li>Welding. </li> <li>Maintain a service van and its inventory. </li> <li>Process paperwork after completion of each job.</li> </ul> <p><u><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></u></p> <ul> <li>Less than 2 years related experience</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.</li> </ul> <p><u><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></u></p> <ul> <li>Technical school graduate preferred. </li> <li>Mechanical and electrical aptitude.</li> <li>Welding experience. </li> <li>Good written and verbal communication and customer care skills.</li> <li>Read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics</li> <li>Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand. </li> </ul> <p>Competitive Wages. The anticipated starting pay range for the position is $25 to $30; however, skills and related experience will be taken into consideration</p></div></div></div>
