Support the testing, validation, and qualification of new product developments in a technical laboratory environment.</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Design and maintain HILS architectures, strategies, and test systems for electronic module development</li> <li>Create and maintain HILS electrical wiring schematics, I/O definitions, ECU communication protocol definitions, and supporting documentation</li> <li>Develop automated test scripts and test cases to execute within HIL frameworks</li> <li>Perform troubleshooting and resolution of HIL system issues</li> <li>Ensure new electronic product meets relevant company performance and industry standards</li> <li>Create required metrics, reports, and traceability documentation</li> <li>Support hands-on testing and debugging activities for prototype and pre-production electronic products</li> <li>Set up and execute electrical and functional tests for new product designs</li> <li>Design, build, modify, and troubleshoot electrical test setups, fixtures, and wire harnesses</li> <li>Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and test specifications</li> <li>Collect, analyze, and report test data to provide feedback to development teams</li> <li>Maintain lab equipment, tools, and test documentation</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering (Or Associate degree with 6+ years compensating experience)</li> <li>Good written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight stays</li> <li>Reliable transportation between company locations during work hours</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>2+ years of electrical or electronics testing experience</li> <li>Strong hands-on electrical and electronics hardware experience</li> <li>Proficient with electrical and lab tools (Multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering, etc.)</li> <li>General experience with LabVIEW and/or NI TestStand</li> <li>Experience with environmental testing chambers or vibration/shaker table testing</li> <li>Knowledge of electromechanical and CAN‑based systems</li> <li>Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams</li> </ul></div></div></div><p> </p> <p><strong>Work Authorization</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
