ranges</li> <li>Protected through robust lock‑down and change‑control practices</li> <li>Support sites with <strong>root cause analysis (RCA)</strong> and troubleshooting related to:</li> <li>Plant downtime</li> <li>Emissions deviations</li> <li>Non‑compliance or underperformance</li> <li>Lead or support <strong>internal audits</strong>, engineering risk assessments, and incident standards, and work instructions to ensure ongoing compliance.</li> <li>Identify and implement improvements in engineering controls, documentation, and operational practices.</li> <li>Lead and deliver <strong>training programmes</strong> for internal teams on compliance, controls, and engineering standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sustainability & Business Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support business‑wide <strong>carbon reduction and sustainability initiatives</strong>, particularly those linked to energy use, combustion efficiency, and emissions performance.</li> <li>Provide engineering insight to support sustainability reporting and project development.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross‑Functional Collaboration & IT Engagement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with the <strong>IT
