The starting hours range from 2:30 - 7PM, and could switch to 6PM - 3AM depending on customer needs, which comes with a shift differential. In this position you will be in a truck at customer sites changing oil and fluids, and taking hydraulic samples. You'll also do visual inspections of the heavy equipment.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Job Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Performing machine system oil and filter changes</li> <li>Taking fluid samples per predetermined schedules</li> <li>Lubricating moving parts on the machinery</li> <li>Performing daily maintenance checks on heavy equipment, including fluid checks, grease/lube points, and inspections to avoid unnecessary downtime</li> <li>Checking and filling other fluid reservoirs such as hydraulic systems, coolant systems, brake systems and washer fluid</li> <li>Cleaning machinery cabs, glass and mirrors</li> <li>Documenting work performed in CDK system</li> <li>Communicating with the parts department to obtain parts needed</li> <li>Completing all DOT paperwork daily</li> <li>Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of fuel, oil, filters, etc.</li> <li>Performing visual inspections on machines and reporting conditions/deficiencies.</li> <li>Complying with all safety and environmental requirements</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications/Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.</li> <li>Active CDL A or B required </li> <li>Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>Flexibility to work various schedules including shift work.</li> </ul></div></div></div><p>Komatsu is an Equal Opportunity Workplace and an Affirmative Action Employer.
