With a presence stretching from Johannesburg to Vancouver, Sydney to Lima, you are part of a global brand that supports creativity, fosters innovation and encourages you to think big, share ideas and be yourself.</p> <p> <strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Provides Mining Consulting services related to the Intellimine® product suite</li> <li>Conducts workshops with customers related to MineCare® deployments including process mapping, trend, snapshot and failure frameworks configuration</li> <li>Perform data analysis, root cause and cost benefit analysis based on MineCare® data</li> <li>Provides change management services for new system deployments</li> <li>Provides expert advice related to equipment maintenance</li> <li>Studies and applies “Lean” and Continuous Improvement concepts to customer operations</li> <li>Creates standard templates and supports knowledge base for services</li> <li>Assists Sales team for sales of consulting services</li> <li>Assists with development of customer success of stories for marketing and sales</li> <li>Determine customer training needs in maintenance related products</li> <li>Provides customer and internal training on MineCare® and reliability</li> <li>Coordinate development and continuous improvement with internal stakeholders such as Product Development, Product Introduction, Marketing, etc.</li> <li>Develop and communicate expertise in new MMS Products related to maintenance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related professional.</li> <li>3-5 years of experience related to maintenance engineering, planning and reliability of industrial machinery, desirable experience in mobile mining equipment.</li> <li>Failure management and condition monitoring experience required.</li> <li>English and Spanish proficiency.</li> <li>Data analysis proficiency and business case preparation experience.</li> <li>Desirable experience in providing specialized training to maintenance personnel.</li> <li>Excellent presentation skills and high level of knowledge of Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)</li> <li>Basic knowledge of Linux and programming language</li> </ul><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>The Company</b></u></H3> </div><div><p style="text-align:justify;background-color:white;margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black">Modular Mining Systems is the global leader in mine management technology and a wholly owned subsidiary of Komatsu Ltd.
