Financial Planning & Forecasting</strong></li> <li>Lead quarterly forecasts and annual plans (P&L, balance sheet, units, CapEx)</li> <li>Consolidate regional inputs and ensure accuracy</li> <li>Analyze trends, identify change drivers, and challenge assumptions</li> <li>Prepare presentations and reports for senior leaders</li> <li>Monitor Soft Rock North America mining equipment sales, bookings, and margin impacts</li> <li><strong>2. Reporting & Analysis</strong></li> <li>Oversee monthly financial reports</li> <li>Perform variance and trend analysis (sales, margins, expenses, capital)</li> <li>Ensure financial data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness</li> <li>Maintain controls and balance sheet reconciliations</li> <li><strong>3. Systems & Process Improvement</strong></li> <li>Build dashboards and analytics with Power BI, SQL, and BPC</li> <li>Enhance reporting processes and implement best practices</li> <li>Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects</li> <li><strong>4.
